SPRING 2014 Programs at the Museum:
Tues. Feb. 11, 6:30 pm: Quarterly Meeting of the Seminole County Historical Society. Historian and author Ed L'Heureux will speak on "The Role of Florida in World War II". Light refreshments will also be served. Free and open to the public.
Sat. March 22, 9 am-2pm: Sixth Annual Kids' Archaeology Workshop for children ages 8-13. Limit 15 kids. Fee $6.00 includes lunch and supplies. First come, first served--this program fills up fast. Call 407-665-2489 to reserve space.
Tues. April 1, 6:30 pm: Quarterly Meeting of the Seminole County Historical Society. First Citizen descendant Lillian Casselberry will present the story of Casselberry's parachute factory in World War II. Light Refreshments served. Free and open to the public.
June 3-August 30: Special Exhibit "ALLIGATORS: DRAGONS IN PARADISE" A Look at the Role of Alligators in Florida's History, Biology and Culture. Free with Museum admission.
